Macarons are naturally gluten free, and are typically made from ground almonds (nuts). I can make an alternative nut-free version on request. I use natural flavourings and butter. Again, a dairy-free version can be made on request.
Macarons can keep in the fridge for 7 to 10 days, or even freeze them for 4 to 6 weeks. They are best eaten at room temperature, so give them 30 minutes to get that perfect macaron taste and texture.
I currently don't send by post or courier as they are temperature sensitive. So I hand-deliver all of my macarons within a certain radius of Bedford, UK. Please see my delivery page for details.
